TripsKeralam is a family-run car, van and coach hire company based at Alappat Heritage, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala. It operates 22 of its own vehicles — sedans, Innovas, luxury and vintage cars, Urbania and Tempo Travellers from nine to twenty-six seats, and air-conditioned coaches up to forty-nine seats — with 24 verified drivers. It serves tourists, families, weddings and companies across Kerala, and can be reached on WhatsApp at +91 80896 23221.
The story
It began with one car and the kind of work that comes from being reliable: a hotel that needed an airport run, then the same hotel every week, then their guests asking for the driver by name.
The Traveller came when families started arriving in groups too large for a car and too small for a bus. The coaches came when weddings started asking. The vintage Mercedes came because somebody in the family could not let it go, and it turned out to be the most photographed vehicle we own.
What has not changed is the way it works. We own the vehicles. We employ the drivers. When you call, you reach the family, and the answer you get is the answer.

Every driver is police-verified, salaried and trained on the routes they drive. Most have been on Kerala's hill and backwater roads for more than a decade.

How we look after the fleet
Servicing is on our own schedule, not when something breaks. Every vehicle is insured for commercial passenger use, carries a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher, and is GPS-tracked so we can tell you where your car actually is rather than guessing.
Before each season the air-conditioning on every vehicle is serviced. It sounds like a small thing until you are in a Traveller in April.
